Before work on system of the central blocking to remove a wire of weight from the accumulator and to connect the accumulator after the termination of works.

THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a ware box for access to the management block (the arrow specifies the central block of the electronic control device of blocking on models till 1992). 2. To unscrew two screws of fastening, to remove the block of management and to disconnect from the block an electric socket.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE ENGINE OF THE DRIVE OF THE DOOR-LOCK

Engines are established on a door-lock.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To remove the engine, it is necessary to remove the lock, then to unscrew screws, крепящие the engine to the lock.

THE ENGINE OF THE LOCK OF THE BACK DOOR

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To open a back door. 2. To unscrew screws of fastening and to remove plastic furnish from an internal part of a back door. 3. Working round edge of carpet furnish, to release brackets fastenings and to remove carpet furnish. 4. To unscrew a bolt, securing the the lock engine to a back door. 5. To take the engine of a drive of the lock from an aperture in a back door, then to disconnect draught of the lock and an electric socket.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE ENGINE OF THE LOCK OF THE COVER OF THE LUGGAGE CARRIER

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To open a luggage carrier cover. 2. To take percussion caps of fastening of an upholstery of a luggage carrier and to turn away furnish of a luggage carrier from a luggage space upper edge. 3. To unscrew fastening screws, to remove the engine of the lock and to disconnect рейку. 4. To disconnect from the engine an electric socket and to remove the engine.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

FOLDING SHUTTER НАПОЛНИТЕЛЯ OF THE FUEL TANK (MODEL THE SEDAN)

On models the Sedan the engine of opening of a folding shutter наполнителя a fuel tank is located in a luggage space, behind a back part of the right lateral furnish.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of the lever to remove the right lateral carpet furnish in a luggage space for access to the lock engine. 2. To open a folding shutter наполнителя a fuel tank and to unscrew a bolt, securing the the engine to a body. 3. Working in a luggage space, to unscrew a bolt, then to take the engine and to disconnect an electric socket.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

FOLDING SHUTTER НАПОЛНИТЕЛЯ OF THE FUEL TANK (MODEL КОМБИ)

On models of Kombi the engine of opening of a folding shutter наполнителя a fuel tank is located in a luggage space behind a tank стеклоомывателя.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Working in a luggage space, to open a folding shutter for access to a back tank стеклоомывателя. 2. To unscrew two screws of fastening, then to lift a tank стеклоомывателя for access to the lock engine. 3. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of the engine of a drive of a folding shutter наполнителя a fuel tank. 4. To take the engine of a drive of a folding shutter наполнителя a fuel tank on models of Kombi and to disconnect an electric socket.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE REMOTE CONTROL RECEIVER

The remote control receiver is located in the ceiling panel.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To uncover the ceiling panel. 2. To remove the switch of a lamp of illumination from the panel for access to two screws. To disconnect a socket and to remove the switch of a lamp of illumination. 3. To remove a plafond of a lamp of illumination from the panel for access to the screw. To disconnect a socket and to remove an illumination lamp. 4. By means of the lever to remove locking plate from the panel, and also to remove the switch of the hatch from the panel. 5. To unscrew two screws of fastening of the panel, then to lower the panel from a ceiling. 6. To release brackets (are specified by arrows) and to remove the receiver from the panel.

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

Replacement of the battery of the transmitter of remote control

EARLY MODELS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using a small screw-driver, to remove a back cover from the case of the transmitter and to take three batteries (are specified by arrows), marking position in which they have been established. 2. To establish new batteries, observing polarity of connection of batteries. 3. To establish a back cover with batteries on the transmitter.

LATE MODELS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To unscrew screws of fastening of two half of case of the transmitter. 2. To take two batteries, marking position in which they have been established. 3. To establish new batteries, observing polarity of connection of batteries. 4. To connect two half of case of the transmitter and to screw up fastening screws.
