13.16. The lock and handles of opening of a door

THE INTERNAL HANDLE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a door upholstery. 2. For access to the handle of opening of a door to remove a protective film from a door. 3. After unscrewing of an element of internal fastening of the handle of a door it is necessary to pull the handle back (marksman), holding it in position of opening (arrow). 4. To take the internal handle of a door by easy moving back (marksman) and simultaneous turn (marksman). 5. To shift handle assemblage to a forward part of a door, then to take assemblage from a door and to disconnect draught.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE EXTERNAL HANDLE OF THE DOOR

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a door upholstery. 2. For access to the handle of opening of a door to remove a protective film from a door. 3. To unscrew a nut (it is specified by an arrow in drawing at the left) handle fastenings. 4. On later models to remove a plastic cover of the handle of opening of a door. 5. To take the handle outside of a door and to disconnect draught of the lock from the handle.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE CYLINDER OF THE LOCK OF THE FORWARD DOOR

The lock cylinder can be removed as follows, thus removal of an upholstery of a door for access reception to lock mechanisms unessentially.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To make two special adaptations, each of which consists of two screws, i.e. the screw in diameter of 4,2 mm and length 12,7 mm, the screw soldered to the end in diameter of 8 mm. 2. To open a door and by means of a flat screw-driver to take two plastic заглушки, placed in a back part of a skeleton of a door. 3. To screw in special adaptations in paws brackets fastenings. 4. To push tools in a skeleton of a door for removal brackets from the lock cylinder. 5. To convert the lock and to use special tools, to fix bracket the lock cylinder. 6. To check up that bracket it is reliably connected to the lock cylinder, then to unscrew tools from brackets and to establish two plastic заглушки.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a door upholstery. 2. For access to скобе fastenings of the cylinder of the lock to remove a protective film from a door. 3. Working in a door, to shift bracket from a back part of the cylinder of the lock. 4. To take the cylinder of the lock outside of a door.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

DOOR-LOCK

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove internal and external handles of a door. 2. In a back part of a door to unscrew three screws of fastening of the lock. 3. Where it is applicable, to separate contact of a wire from the engine of the central blocking on lock assemblage. 4. To lower the lock at a door, to disconnect draughts from the lock and to take the lock from a door.
