Kind of a forward suspension bracket with power shafts and steering system

The twisting moment from the engine is transferred to forward wheels through two steel power shafts of different length.
The external ends of power shafts are inserted in a nave of a wheel and fixed by nuts. The internal ends of power shafts are established and fixed in differential.
Hinges of equal angular speeds (SHRUS) are established from two parties of power shafts and provide smooth and effective transfer of a twisting moment at work of a suspension bracket and turn of forward wheels. The external SHRUS consists of the case, a separator, an internal holder and balls. In the case of the hinge and a holder flutes for placing of balls are made. Flutes of a longitudinal plane are executed on radius that provides the big angle of rotation of the external hinge. The internal hinge differs from external that instead of balls the rollers fixed on приводном to a shaft are used.
On the right side because of the big length of a power shaft the internal hinge is located approximately on the middle of length of a shaft, and the intermediate bearing of support is fixed in a suspension bracket of installation of the power unit.
