PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. It is necessary to replace all sealing rings, уплотнители and linings.
2. Rubbing surfaces grease with engine oil.
3. Observe factory designations and the labels executed in the course of dismantling.
4. In engines XUD 7ТЕ establish an atomizer of giving of oil for cooling of pistons.
5. Establish in the block of cylinders of the engine loose leaves with a flute, and in covers of radical bearings – smooth loose leaves.
6. Establish a cranked shaft and covers of radical bearings №3, 4 and 5.
7. Establish persistent half rings a surface with a copper covering from a cranked shaft, and then establish a cover of the radical bearing №2.
8. Clear a surface of connection of the block of cylinders of the engine and a cover of the bearing №1, cleaning with all of them greasing traces.
9. Place on the block of cylinders of the engine in the top part of flutes of the bearing №1 small amount of condensing means "Loctite Frenetanch".
10. Establish a bearing cover on the adjusted adaptation 7.0153 А1, supplied with additional elements А2 (thickness of 0,15 mm) and by means of a bolt fix a cover to an adaptation fastener.
11. Grease additional elements and fix a cover of the bearing so that not to deform lateral consolidations:
      – Inclined on 45 ° knot the adaptation-cover place in a nest;
      – Straighten knot;
      – Slowly lower;
      – Fix a cover one bolt;
      – Take the adaptation in a horizontal plane.
12. Tighten bolts of covers of bearings the moment of 70 Nanometers.
13. On later models for prevention of leak of oil around the main bearing of a cranked shaft at repair it is necessary to use sealing means under the name "Rectijoint". "Rectijoint" it is necessary to put means on the ends (1, "Rectijoint" for consolidation of the main bearing №1 cranked shaft fig. of the Place of drawing of means see later models of engines) main bearing №1 according to earlier given instructions and in bends of this bearing.
14. Check up, whether the cranked shaft freely rotates.
15. Establish on the block of cylinders of the engine from outside timing the indicator of hour type: it is necessary to use adaptations 8.0110 GY and 0.0117.2.
16. Check up axial backlash a cranked shaft which should make 0,07–0,32 mm.
17. From outside a flywheel establish by means of the special adaptation 7.0153 About a sealing ring. Before it it is necessary to oil a working surface, a nest and a ring.
18. Locks on piston rings in regular intervals arrange on perimetre of the piston and fix knots a rod-piston. Characteristic deepenings in bottoms of pistons should be directed towards the fuel pump. Ledges of loose leaves of rods are established on the same party.
19. Tighten nuts of covers of rods the moment of 50 Nanometers.
20. Check up a twisting moment krivoshipno-shatunnogo the mechanism. It is necessary to use динамометрический a key fixed on a tip 8.0110 EZ, established on cranked to a shaft on a flywheel place. The measured moment should not exceed 40 Nanometers.
21. Level end faces of lateral consolidations of a cover of the bearing №1 on 1 mm concerning a connection surface (it is necessary to use an edge щупа).
22. Establish an asterisk of a drive of the oil pump together with шпонкой and a chain, put a sealant and a cover.
23. Establish a sealing ring with the working edges oiled, in a nest (also oiled) in a cover.
24. Establish a chain on an asterisk of the oil pump.
25. Establish the pump on the block of cylinders of the engine and fix it.
26. To put a small amount of sealing paste "Peugeot" on connection the block of cylinders of the engine-cover and on a connection surface.
27. Establish a lining of the oil pallet, the oil pallet and screw up fastening bolts (three bolts on a cover are bolts with a cylindrical head with шестигранным a nest).
28. Establish a cogwheel, screwing up covered with means "Loctite Frenetanch" bolts the moment of 50 Nanometers.
29. Check up выступание pistons and a facet of valves.
30. Establish in a head of the block of cylinders pushers and adjusting plates or the basic adjusting plates in the thickness of 2,425 mm.
31. Tap М12х150 clean a carving in apertures of the block of cylinders of the engine.
32. Turn a cranked shaft so that pistons were established in the middle of a course; шпоночный the pulley groove should show at nine o'clock.
33. Put a lining of a head of the block of cylinders and a head; ledges of bolts should be dry and are cleared of greasing traces.
34. Insert pure bolts. These bolts under heads and on a carving should be covered by means "Molykote Rapid". New linings should be put the convex party upwards.
35. Screw up bolts according to sequence shown on fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and placing of valves.
36. Check up and adjust a backlash of valves.
37. After a selection of eight adjusting plates it is necessary to place them on a corresponding place and to insert pushers.
38. After drawing on working surfaces of a camshaft of means "Molykoteg Rapid" establish a camshaft in a head. Camshaft placing defines a sign "DIST" which should be from outside a drive timing.
39. Clear surfaces of connection of a head of the block of cylinders and covers of bearings, remove with all of them greasing traces.
40. At end faces of a head of the block of cylinders put means "Loctite", protecting carving connections from spontaneous unscrewing.
41. Establish covers of bearings (№1 from outside a flywheel) and gradually tighten them till the moment of 15-17,5 Nanometers.
42. By means of the adaptation 7.0153Е and a bolt of fastening of a pulley establish new sealing rings of a camshaft.
43. Establish the holder of the fuel pump.
44. Establish a casing of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders of the engine.
45. Establish the pump of a cooling liquid together with a sealant. Bolts it is necessary to tighten the moment of 10 Nanometers.
46. Establish the fuel pump and system timing.
47. In engines XUD 7ТЕ establish an inlet collector.
