THE GENERAL DATA

Removal турбокомпрессора (the first stage)

1 – a radiator of pressurisation,

2 – an air branch pipe between the air filter and турбокомпрессором,

3 – an air branch pipe between турбокомпрессором and a pressurisation radiator

Removal турбокомпрессора (the second stage)


4 – a branch pipe of return of oil,

5 – a branch pipe of giving of oil,

6 – a bolt of the bottom fastening of a knee of system of release of exhaust gases,

7 – a bolt of the bottom fastening турбокомпрессора

Removal турбокомпрессора (last stage)

8 – a bolt of the top fastening of a knee of system of release of exhaust gases,

9 – a bolt of the top fastening турбокомпрессора,

10 – an aperture of giving of oil

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a radiator of pressurisation (1) (fig. Removal турбокомпрессора (the first stage see)).
2. Remove the air branch pipe (2) placed between the air filter and турбокомпрессором.
3. Remove the air branch pipe (3) placed between турбокомпрессором and a radiator of pressurisation.
4. Muffle in турбокомпрессоре entrance and target air apertures.
5. Disconnect branch pipes of return (4) (fig. Removal турбокомпрессора (the second stage see)) nearby турбокомпрессора and givings of oil (5) to turbocharger.
6. Unscrew the bottom bolt (6) fastenings of a knee of system of release of exhaust gases.
7. Unscrew two bolts (7) fastenings турбокомпрессора to a collector.
8. Support the engine by means of a jack.
9. Remove the right support of the engine.
10. Incline the engine forward and insert wooden брусок (fig. Placing wooden бруска for engine fixing see).
11. Dismantle an inlet collector (the central bolt should be released without вывинчивания).
12. Disconnect a branch pipe of oil (5) (fig. Removal турбокомпрессора (the second stage)) from турбокомпрессора see and get it.
13. Unscrew two bolts (8) (fig. Removal турбокомпрессора (last stage see)) fastenings of a knee of system of release of exhaust gases.
14. Unscrew a bolt (9) top fastenings турбокомпрессора.
15. Close stoppers in турбокомпрессоре entrance and exhaust outlets of exhaust gases.

Installation

For installation турбокомпрессора it is necessary to execute actions in return sequence in relation to its removal, and it is necessary to observe following instructions.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Fill in oil in турбокомпрессор through an entrance aperture турбокомпрессора.
2. Observe the moments of a tightening of all carving connections.
3. Disconnect electric wires of a food of the valve of a stop of the engine on the fuel pump of a high pressure or involve the stop lever (depending on model).
4. Rotate a cranked shaft of the engine, including a starter for 30 seconds.
5. Start the engine and do not increase turns of the engine within 30 seconds.
