3.2.10. Pump Bosch adjustment
THE GENERAL DATA

Adjustment of number of turns of idling of pump Bosch

1 – the basic screw of the expense,

2 – the basic screw of idling,

k = 5–6 mm

Adjustment of the expense and number of turns of idling with the increased number of turns (pump Bosch)

3 – the lever,

4 – draught of idling with the increased number of turns,

5 – the basic screw of idling with the increased number of turns,

And – a plate in the thickness of 1 mm

The engine should be heated-up, draught of idling with the increased number of turns should be free (a backlash k = 5–6 mm).

Idling adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On some turns unscrew the basic screw of the expense (1) (fig. Adjustment of number of turns of idling of pump Bosch see).
2. By means of the basic screw of idling (2) establish number of turns of the engine of 750-800 rpm.

Expense adjustment
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a plate () (fig. Adjustment of the expense and number of turns of idling with the increased number of turns (pump Bosch)) of 1 mm between the lever (3) see thickness and the basic screw of idling with the increased number of turns (1) (fig. Adjustment of number of turns of idling of pump Bosch see).
2. By means of the basic screw of the expense (1) establish number of turns of the engine more on 20–30 rpm, than number of turns of idling.

Adjustment of idling with the increased number of turns

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect draught of idling to the increased number of turns (4) (fig. Adjustment of the expense and number of turns of idling with the increased number of turns (pump Bosch) see) with the basic screw (5).
2. Changing position of the basic screw (5), establish number of turns 950 ± 50 rpm.
