Removal of air from brake system

4, 5, 7 and 8 – деаэраторы brake system

To delete air it is necessary after each repair connected with opening of system.

REMOVAL OF AIR WITHOUT SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

Removal of air from the pump with an electric drive

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To fill a broad tank.
2. To disconnect a hose of a food of low pressure and to connect, when the brake liquid (to substitute capacity) will start to follow from it.
3. To check up, whether are well screwed up деаэраторы (4) both (5) hydraulic devices and a bolt plum.
4. To open деаэраторы (7) and (8) hydraulic devices, unscrewing them on 1 turn.
5. Softly to press a brake pedal against the stop.
6. To include ignition for actuating of the pump with an electric drive.
7. To switch off ignition later 30 seconds.
8. To weaken pressing a brake pedal.
9. To close деаэраторы (7) and (8).

Removal of air from the hydraulic device

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To connect деаэраторы (4) and (5) to the capacities containing a small amount of a brake liquid.
2. To press a pedal of a brake and to open деаэратор (4), and then to close it.
3. To weaken pressing a pedal and to repeat these actions of 10 times.

The prevention

For деаэраторов (7) and (8) there is no necessity of connection of a tube of removal of air. Air removal occurs through an internal contour.


4. To open деаэраторы (4) and (5) to start action of the pump with an electric drive.
5. To include ignition.
6. To close деаэраторы when the brake liquid will start to follow without air vials, and then to wait to a stop of the pump with an electric drive.

The prevention

During these actions it is necessary to check and fill necessarily quantity of a brake liquid in a broad tank for avoidance завоздушивания systems.


7. To remove air from supports of forward and back wheels.

Removal of air from supports

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To include ignition.
2. To connect to capacities деаэраторы four supports.
3. To press with small effort to a brake pedal.
4. To open one of деаэраторов and to close it when the brake liquid will start to follow pure and without air vials.
5. This operation should be executed for the others деаэраторов.
6. To switch off ignition.
7. To lower pressure, turning on on 1/2 turns a bolt plum.
8. To screw up a bolt plum.
9. Softly to press a brake pedal.
10. To open деаэраторы (4) and (5), connected to capacities.
11. To close деаэраторы.
12. To weaken pressing a brake pedal.
13. To repeat these actions some times, having convinced that the brake liquid follows without air vials.
14. To check up screwing up деаэраторов.
15. To check up quality of the performed operation.

REMOVAL OF AIR BY MEANS OF SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To familiarise with the instruction on installation and device service.
2. To reduce pressure in a hydraulic contour. For this purpose it is necessary to unscrew a bolt plum of knot of the pump with an electric drive.
3. By means of the device for air removal to create pressure in a contour.
4. To remove air from supports.
5. To connect to capacities деаэраторы (4) and (5) hydraulic knots.
6. To open деаэраторы (4) and (5).
7. To close деаэраторы when the brake liquid will start to follow without air vials.
8. To screw up a bolt plum.
9. To disconnect the device for air removal.
10. To open деаэраторы (4) and (5), connected to capacities.
11. To include ignition for involvement of the pump with an electric drive.
12. To close деаэраторы (4) and (5) when the brake liquid will start to follow without air vials.
13. To switch off ignition.
14. To reduce hydraulic pressure, unscrewing a bolt plum on 1/2 turns.
15. To screw up a bolt plum.
16. Softly to press a brake pedal.
17. To open деаэраторы (4) and (5), connected to capacities.
18. To close деаэраторы.
19. These actions should be executed some times, having convinced that the brake liquid follows without air vials.
20. Some times to execute the same actions for деаэраторов (7) and (8).
21. To check up screwing up of all деаэраторов.
22. To check up quality of the executed operation.

Quality check of the executed operation on removal of air from a hydraulic contour

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On everyone деаэраторе supports of forward brakes to establish a manometre.
2. To include ignition for involvement of knot of the pump with an electric drive.
3. To open деаэраторы manometres.
4. With small effort to press a brake pedal.
5. To close деаэраторы when the brake liquid will start to follow without air vials.
6. To reduce hydraulic pressure, unscrewing a bolt plum on 1/2 turns. To screw up a bolt plum.
7. To press a brake pedal against the stop. Pressure should make 6,0 МПа.
8. If this size is not reached, it is necessary to remove air from a contour.
9. To disconnect manometres and to remove air from supports of forward brakes.

Check of level of a brake liquid

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To include ignition for involvement of knot of the pump with an electric drive.
2. To wait, while the pump with an electric drive will not stop the work.
3. To switch off ignition.
4. To check up, whether reaches level of a brake liquid in a tank of the sign designating a maximum level.
5. In case of need add quantity of a liquid.
