Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For check of correctness of adjustment of a manual brake to tighten the lever of a manual brake against the stop and to count quantity of clicks which should make 6–8.
2. If the quantity of clicks differs from specified, it is necessary to make adjustment as follows.
3. To start the engine and completely to release a manual brake.
4. To press some times a brake pedal, then to stop the engine.
5. To lift a back part of the car and to fix on supports.

7. If wheels are not braked, to adjust the mechanism.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Models with back drum-type brakes
1. For access to a regulator of a manual brake to unscrew nuts and bolts and to remove the thermal screen.
2. To weaken a counternut on the mechanism of a regulator of a manual brake and to turn a regulator nut until brake pads will not begin затормаживать a brake drum.
3. To tighten a manual brake on 6–8 clicks, and to check up that both back wheels are braked.
4. If wheels are not braked, repeatedly to adjust, rotating a regulator nut.
5. After the adjustment termination to tighten a regulator counternut, to establish the thermal screen and to lower the car.
6. To check up that the control lamp of inclusion of a manual brake lights up after a tightening of the handle of a manual brake on one click.
