Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To lift a forward part of the car and to fix on supports. 2. To remove a corresponding wheel. 3. Using a G-shaped clip, to press a brake hose. 4. To remove brake pads. 5. To clear area round connecting муфты a brake hose and a support. 6. To weaken connection. 7. To disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of deterioration brake pads. 8. To unscrew two bolts of fastening of a support to a rotary fist. 9. To remove a support from a brake disk, to unscrew a support from a brake hose.

Support repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Being careful to clear a support of a brake dust and a dirt. 2. To take the piston from the case of a support and to remove dustproof consolidation. 3. Using a small screw-driver, to take a sealing ring of the piston. Thus to observe the big care, not to damage an aperture under the piston in a support. 4. Completely to clear all details, using methyl or изопропиловый spirit or a special liquid for clearing of hydraulic brake system. Not to use gasoline or other solvents which corrode rubber sealing rings. 5. Using compressed air, to dry up all details and to blow channels in a support. 6. To check up all details on deterioration and damages. 7. Special attention to turn on a condition of working surfaces of the cylinder and the piston. If they are scratched or have obvious wear tracks, it is necessary to replace a support in gathering. 8. Rubber sealing rings and protective consolidations are subject to obligatory replacement. 9. Before assemblage to check up that all details pure and dry. 10. To grease the support cylinder, the piston and a new sealing ring with a pure brake liquid. 11. Hand fingers to establish a new sealing ring in the support cylinder. 12. To establish a dustproof cover on the piston so that internal diameter of a cover has entered into a piston flute. 13. To insert the piston into a support and simultaneously to insert an external edge of a dustproof cover into a support before its fixing. 14. If replacement of directing fingers is made to grease with their special greasing and to establish protective covers in flutes of directing fingers. 15. To insert directing fingers into a support and to arrange an external part of a cover in flutes.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To screw a support on a brake hose, then to establish a support on a brake disk. 2. To cover a carving of bolts of fastening of a support with means against unscrewing (Loctite Frenetanch). 3. To screw in bolts together with a plate of installation and to tighten their demanded moment. 4. To tighten a connecting nut of a brake hose and to establish brake pads. 5. To tighten a connecting nut of a brake hose and to establish brake pads. 6. To establish a wheel and to lower the car.

The prevention At support installation into place to use new bolts of fastening of a directing finger. 1. To lift a forward part of the car and to fix on supports. 2. Thus for deduction of a finger from проворачивания to use a thin wrench. 9. To unscrew the bottom bolt of fastening of a directing finger of a support. Thus for deduction of a finger from проворачивания to use a thin wrench. 10. To remove a support from a brake disk, to unscrew a support from a brake hose.

Repair

Repair is made similarly to support Bendix (see above).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To screw a support on a brake hose. 2. To cover a carving of bolts of directing fingers with means against unscrewing (Loctite Frenetanch), to screw in bolt in bottom directing finger, to press a support and to screw in a bolt in the top directing finger. 3. To tighten both bolts the demanded moment. 4. To tighten a connecting nut of a brake hose and to establish brake pads. 5. To remove a clip from a brake hose and to remove air from brake system. 6. To establish a wheel and to lower the car.
