12.11. A support of a back wheel
THE GENERAL DATA

Back support

1 – a bolt of fastening of the holder of a support,
2 – the union of prorolling,
3 – a spring of the lever of a manual brake,
4 – a support,
5 – the holder of a support,
6 – assemblage of a directing finger,
7 – a repair set of details

The prevention

At work brake pads the brake dust which contains asbestos, unhealthy is formed. Therefore at clearing brake pads not to use compressed air and not to inhale a dust.

At installation it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening of a directing finger.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To lift a back part of the car and to fix on supports.
2. To remove a corresponding back wheel.
3. Using a G-shaped clip, to press a brake hose.
4. To remove brake pads.
5. To clear a dirt round connection of a brake tube and a support, then to weaken fastening of a brake hose to a support.
6. To remove by means of the lever противопылевый a cover, then to unscrew the bottom bolt of fastening of a directing finger of a support, thus it is necessary to keep from проворачивания directing finger the second key.
7. To remove a support and to unscrew it from a brake hose.
8. To close stoppers a brake hose and an aperture in a support.

Repair

Repair of a back support is similar to repair of a forward support (subsection 12.10 see).

Removal of air from a support

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention

This operation should be executed each time when the support understood or from it the brake liquid merged.

1. Repeatedly to connect a brake hose to a support, and to tighten a connecting nut.
2. To establish a jack under the right lever of a back suspension bracket, and to lift the lever, to exclude influence of a regulator of pressure on work of back brakes.
3. To establish a support vertically, with the prorolling union above, and keeping it in this position to remove air from a support.
4. To arrange a bar in the thickness of 20,0 mm between the piston of a support and a support (i.e., in the position usually occupied brake колодками) that the piston did not leave a support.
5. To remove a clip from a brake tube, then to connect a transparent hose the union of prorolling and a bottle and using one of prorolling methods to remove air from a support (1 – the prorolling union, 2 – a bar).
6. To press a brake pedal while the support piston will not contact with a bar.
7. Partially to unscrew the prorolling union, and to remove a bar from a support.
8. To move the support piston into a support aperture, pressing the piston and turning it clockwise.
9. To tighten the union of prorolling and to remove a transparent hose from the prorolling union.
10. To lower a jack and to take it from under the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To screw a support on a brake hose.
2. To clear a carving of bolts of directing fingers and to cover with their means against unscrewing (Loctite Frenetanch).
3. To establish a support and to screw in the bottom bolt of fastening of a directing finger, tightening its demanded moment.
4. To establish a protective head on directing plugs.
5. To tighten a connecting nut the demanded moment.
6. To establish brake pads.
7. To remove a clip from a brake hose.
8. To remove air from brake system.
9. To establish a wheel and to lower the car.
