8.1.8. The switch of a lantern of a backing
THE GENERAL DATA

The backing lantern joins the switch located in the top part картера of a transmission. Before check of the switch of a lantern of a backing to check up integrity of a safety lock in a feed circuit of a lantern of a backing.

Check

For switch check to disconnect an electric socket and, using an ohmmeter, to check up, whether switch contacts (resistance should be equal to zero) become isolated at reverse gear inclusion. Otherwise the switch is faulty and is subject to replacement.

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For access improvement to the switch to remove tubes of giving of air in the engine, the accumulator and an accumulator support.
2. To disconnect an electric socket (it is specified стелкой), to unscrew the switch and to remove it together with a sealing ring.
3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
