PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To remove directing plug выжимного the bearing. In case of detection of wear tracks, it is necessary to replace it. |
2. To establish a lining 8.0317 To thickness of 2,4 mm behind the directing plug выжимного the bearing. To fix directing plug, observing the necessary moments of screwing up. |
3. Глубиномером to measure landing of the bearing concerning a surface картера, and also a flange of the directing plug выжимного the bearing without its consolidation. For definition of a tightness of the bearing it is necessary to calculate a difference and to the received value to add 0,03 mm (a thickness of paper consolidation). |
4. To replace a sealing ring of the directing plug выжимного the bearing (a shaft 8.0317). |
5. To establish a lining of the calculated thickness, consolidation and directing plug. To tighten three bolts the moment of 12,5 Nanometers. |
6. To fix draught of deenergizing of coupling, выжимной the bearing and, for prevention of moving which can complicate transmission installation, attach bent for картеру. |
