PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove directing plug выжимного the bearing. In case of detection of wear tracks, it is necessary to replace it.
2. To establish a lining 8.0317 To thickness of 2,4 mm behind the directing plug выжимного the bearing. To fix directing plug, observing the necessary moments of screwing up.
3. Глубиномером to measure landing of the bearing concerning a surface картера, and also a flange of the directing plug выжимного the bearing without its consolidation. For definition of a tightness of the bearing it is necessary to calculate a difference and to the received value to add 0,03 mm (a thickness of paper consolidation).
4. To replace a sealing ring of the directing plug выжимного the bearing (a shaft 8.0317).
5. To establish a lining of the calculated thickness, consolidation and directing plug. To tighten three bolts the moment of 12,5 Nanometers.
6. To fix draught of deenergizing of coupling, выжимной the bearing and, for prevention of moving which can complicate transmission installation, attach bent for картеру.
