Installation of an axis of the selector

1. To replace an external ring конусного the bearing of a primary shaft. For removal it is necessary to use the adaptation 8.0317 And, and for installation – adaptations 8.0317 And and Е.
2. To check up conditions of a plastic element (it is specified by an arrow) an oil supply to a secondary shaft and then to establish a selector finger.
3. To establish in the external case differential, cover surfaces to grease with means "Loctite Formetanch". To fix a cover.
4. To establish a sealing ring (the adaptation 8.0317 G).
5. To measure a tightness of bearings of differential (if it is necessary). To establish a lining 8.0317 L (thickness of 2,2 mm), and then подшипниковый the case without a lead of a drive of a speedometer and without a round sealing ring. Gradually to tighten bolts the necessary moment, turning all time differential, and then to unscrew and remove the case of bearings.
6. To remove a lining 8.0317 L and to measure distance between an external ring of the bearing and a surface of connection of the external case of differential (it is necessary to use глубиномер).
7. To measure landing height подшипникового cases.
8. To find a difference between both measured values. For a finding of a thickness of a lining, which should be established to provide a necessary tightness of bearings, it is necessary to add 0,1 mm to the found value.
9. To establish on the case of bearings knot of a drive of a speedometer, to insert a round sealing ring and to fix подшипниковый the case on the external case of differential. To tighten bolts the necessary moment.
10. To establish in the case of bearings a sealing ring.
11. To establish directing plug выжимного the bearing and an external ring of the bearing.
12. To establish a reverse gear frame (if it has been removed).
13. To prepare a selector axis: by means of the adaptation 0317 With to compress a spring together with its two plastic cups, to level a finger of the selector and a blocking clip (a tube in diameter of 13 mm and length 34,5 mm).
14. To insert a selector axis, to take the adaptation for spring compression, to establish pins.
15. To establish an intermediate connector for the lever of an axis of the selector, a round sealing ring, other elements, and also a connector, a lining and a nut.
16. To establish a special sealant of an axis of the selector (the adaptation 8.0317), and then заглушку axes.
17. To place in картере a magnetised plate and to establish картер. To grease a surface with means "Loctite Formetanch".
18. To combine primary and secondary shaft with plugs and their axes and all together to establish in картере.
19. To establish an axis and a reverse gear gear wheel. It is necessary to arrange in appropriate way a pin of an axis and to look, that скос gear wheel teeths has been directed upwards (for simplification of installation of a gear wheel it is necessary to lift a reverse gear frame).

The prevention

To screw in a bolt of fastening of an axis of a reverse gear (the tightening moment – 20 Nanometers).

20. To establish a latch of fastening of a motionless axis, a spring ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft. To lift all knot for simplification of its installation. To tighten two bolts of fastening of the bearing the moment of 15 Nanometers.
21. To establish a gear wheel of 5 transfers of a secondary shaft; the flange should be from outside the bearing.
22. To establish a persistent ring of an external ring of the bearing of a shaft of coupling. It is necessary to pay attention to correct installation.
23. To establish the plug of a gear wheel of 5 transfers, and then a gear wheel of 5 transfers, and also sliding муфту together with a nave.
24. To include two transfers, to tighten a nut of a secondary shaft (50 Nanometers) and to fix it from unscrewing.
25. To take the plug of moving of 5 transfers, to insert plugs, and then to fix all it is a ball and a blocking spring.
26. Again to include two transfers and to tighten a nut of a primary shaft (50 Nanometers), and then to fix it from unscrewing.
27. To switch off 5 transfer, and then to fix a pin.

28. To grease with means "Loctite Formetanch" and to establish a cover of knot of 5 transfers.
