PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To degrease a surface of connection of the block of cylinders and a head with a lining of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. To turn a cranked shaft of the engine in position at which it is possible to insert an adjusting core in diameter into a flywheel of 6 mm and to fix a cranked shaft.
3. To remove two special plates Peugeot (the adaptation 0132 A1Z) fastenings of a sleeve of cylinders, having unscrewed their bolts of fastening.
4. To establish on the top surface of the block of cylinders a new lining of a head of the block of cylinders and to establish on it a head.
5. Into an aperture for blocking of a pulley of a camshaft to insert an adjusting core and to fix a camshaft, accordingly having turned it.
6. To establish on a head of the block of cylinders all five arms of an axis of the lever of valves with levers and their axis, paying attention to correct installation of intermediate fingers of each arm of an axis of the lever of valves in their apertures in a head of the block of cylinders.
7. To grease with a small amount of means Molykote G Rapi12 Plus a carving of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders. These bolts at first to screw in a hand, and then to tighten them in two stages: at first the moment of 20 Nanometers, and then on a corner 240 , one after another from the middle outside, moving on a spiral.
8. To check up, whether distributive and cranked shaft are correctly established.
9. To put on a gear belt at first a pulley of a cranked shaft, and then on a camshaft pulley. To pull with small force a gear belt by means of a tension roller.
10. To clean adjusting cores of a camshaft and a cranked shaft, and into a tension roller to insert special adaptation Peugeot (the adaptation 0132) for a tension of a gear belt or accordingly adjusted core in length of 10 sm, the forming unilateral lever with cargo is powerful 1,5 kg, hanging on the end of a shoulder of the lever.
11. To weaken a bolt of a tension roller of a gear belt and to tighten its moment of 23 Nanometers.
12. To tighten a pulley of a camshaft the moment of 80 Nanometers (if has been earlier removed).
13. Slowly to turn a cranked shaft in a direction of working rotation on two turns, rotating for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft and then to fix a flywheel an adjusting core.
14. To weaken a bolt of a tension roller and it is easy to press a belt so that the roller has turned. In this position the adjusting core of a camshaft should not be inserted.
15. To tighten a bolt of a tension roller the moment of 23 Nanometers, to take an adjusting core from a flywheel, repeatedly slowly to turn a cranked shaft in a direction of working rotation on two turns and again to fix a flywheel an adjusting core.
16. Slowly to weaken a bolt of a tension roller so that adaptation weight has caused a tension of a gear belt then to tighten a bolt of a tension roller the moment of 23 Nanometers and to check up, whether the adjusting core of a camshaft is inserted in this position. If yes to take both adjusting cores (a camshaft and a cranked shaft).
17. With the help щупа to adjust backlashes of valves.
18. To establish a three-element casing of a gear belt and to tighten bolts of fastening by the moment of 6 Nanometers.
19. To insert into a head of the block of cylinders a sheet casing (an oil reflector) and two remote plugs, and also to establish a new lining of a cover of valves and a cover, tightening bolts of fastening by the moment of 16 Nanometers.
20. Other actions to execute in return sequence in relation to removal process, and to fill in oil and cooling liquid, and also to adjust draughts of management of the carburettor.
