PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a starter.
2. To disconnect a transmission from the engine.
3. To merge oil from oil system of the engine, having unscrewed a drain stopper in the oil pallet.
4. To remove клиновой a belt and the generator.
5. To attach the engine to an assembly bed.
6. To uncover valves, to take two remote plugs and a sheet casing (an oil reflector).
7. To unscrew the oil filter which is sideways in the bottom part of the block of cylinders on the left side (taking a detached view a flywheel).
8. To unscrew the gauge of pressure of the oil, being in the top part of the block of cylinders over a support of the oil filter, and to remove a pulley of a cranked shaft.
9. To lift the receiver the index of level of oil.
10. To remove a plate with divisions for ignition installation over a flywheel, having unscrewed two bolts from a back wall in the top part of the block of cylinders.
11. To take (if there is) a gauge of position of a cranked shaft (gauge VMT), and also to unscrew a bolt of a holder of the gauge in a back wall of the block of cylinders opposite to a flywheel.
12. To fix a flywheel by means of special adaptation Peugeot (the adaptation 0132).
13. To unscrew bolts of fastening and to remove a three-element casing of a gear belt.
14. To unscrew three bolts of fastening of pulleys (a cranked shaft, a camshaft and a tension roller), to remove a gear belt and a tension roller.
15. To unscrew bolts of a head of the block of cylinders in some stages one after another from the middle outside.
16. To remove all five arms of an axis of the lever of valves with levers and an axis.
17. To incline a head of the block of cylinders by means of two bent round one of the bottom long edges of a head to separate it from the block of cylinders.
18. Cautiously to take a lining of a head of the block of cylinders.
19. To attach sleeves of cylinders to the block of cylinders two special plates Peugeot (the adaptation 0132 A1Z), having screwed each plate two bolts М10 the in length of 40 mm.
20. To take two aligning plugs of a head of the block of cylinders from apertures on the top surface of the block of cylinders.
21. To unscrew from the block of cylinders four bolts of fastening of the pump of a cooling liquid.
22. To unscrew six bolts of fastening of a leading part of coupling to a flywheel in some stages for avoidance of a curvature of a leading part.
23. To unscrew a flywheel from a cranked shaft.
24. To unscrew the top and bottom bolts of connection of both parts of the block of cylinders.
25. To unscrew two carving заглушки the main oil channel, the located in forward and back walls of the top part of the block of cylinders.
26. To turn the engine the bottom part upwards and to remove the oil pallet, having unscrewed corresponding bolts.
27. To unscrew three bolts of fastening of the oil pump and to take out it, having left a chain in the block of cylinders.
28. To unscrew and take out 10 bolts of fastening of radical bearings of a cranked shaft, to remove the bottom part of the block of cylinders.
29. To designate a relative positioning of rods and their covers, having put signs from outside supports of the oil filter, to unscrew bolts of covers of rods and to remove them together with loose leaves.
30. To take from the block of cylinders a cranked shaft together with driving a chain of the oil pump.
31. To take radical loose leaves from a nest of the block of cylinders.
32. To put the block of cylinders on a forward wall (from outside a drive timing) and to clean two special plates Peugeot (holding sleeves of cylinders) from the top part of the block of cylinders.
33. To take out in a direction to a head of the block of cylinders of a sleeve of cylinders together with corresponding pistons and rods.
34. To take from each sleeve of the cylinder the piston with a rod.
35. Pistons should be separated from rods only in case of piston damage. It is necessary to squeeze out a piston finger from the piston on a hydraulic press by means of special nozzle Peugeot (the adaptation 0139). The taken rod can be used repeatedly whereas it is necessary to replace the piston.
36. To remove piston rings by means of special nippers.
