3.3.25. Dismantling of the plug of synchronizers
THE GENERAL DATA

The plug of each synchronizer is necessary for assorting separately not to mix their components. It is necessary to press one of stopper balls that will allow to get a nave from the sliding plug in each of plugs.

In a transmission of type МА of a spring and balls of sliding plugs of all synchronizers are identical, and stoppers of the synchronizer of 1-2 transfers differ from the others. Synchronizers of 5th and 3–4 transfers are almost identical and differ naves – the nave of the synchronizer of 3-4 transfers has проточку (on an opposite side from a flute on its plug) which is not present on a nave of 5th transfer.
