Generator removal

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a negative wire from the accumulator. 2. To weaken elements of fastening of the generator to its holders. 3. To weaken the tension device клинового a belt. 4. To remove клиновой a belt. 5. To disconnect from the generator electric connections. 6. To unscrew bolts of fastening and to remove the generator.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish the generator into place and to screw up fastening bolts not against the stop. 2. To put on клиновой a belt. 3. To pull a belt before reception of a necessary tension. 4. To screw up fastening elements. 5. To connect electric connections. 6. To connect the accumulator.

Adjustment of a tension of a belt of the generator

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To weaken elements of fastening of the generator. 2. By means of a bolt of the tension device to adjust a tension of a belt for reception of necessary value. 3. To screw up elements of fastening and to check up tension adjustment. The prevention For adjustment of a tension of a belt adaptation Krikit (designation Peugeot) is recommended, first of all.

Generator repair

Actions on dismantling and generator assemblage are not difficult.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. During mechanical repair of the generator it is necessary to carry out following actions. 2. To estimate a condition of brushes, degree of their deterioration, position, and also pressing contact rings. 3. To estimate a condition of contact rings which should be cleaned only a slice of the material moistened in gasoline or трихлороэтиленом, and to polish with a thin emery paper; never it is necessary to use наждачное a cloth. 4. To estimate a condition of bearings which do not demand any actions on their service; bearings are greased for all period of operation. 5. To estimate a condition of a rotor and статора which windings should not have ruptures and traces перегорания. The prevention During check of electric parametres of the generator, and especially the rectifier, the applied equipment should not give out pressure more than 14 In (it threatens with damage of some elements of the generator). Vyprjamitelnye diodes are sensitive to temperature, and therefore at their replacement the ration should be made quickly and by means of a low power soldering iron.
