14.20. The aerial

THE AERIAL ESTABLISHED ON THE ROOF

The aerial can be simply unscrewed from the basis. For aerial removal in the complete set it is necessary to execute following actions.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a negative wire from the accumulator. 2. To remove sun-protection peaks from the top console. 3. To remove the switch of a lamp of illumination from the panel for access to two screws. To disconnect a socket and to remove the switch of a lamp of illumination. 4. To remove a plafond of a lamp of illumination from the panel for access to the screw. To disconnect a socket and to remove an illumination lamp. 5. By means of the lever to remove locking plate from the panel, and also to remove the switch of the hatch from the panel. 6. To unscrew two screws of fastening of the panel, then to lower the panel from a ceiling. 7. By means of the lever to remove an insulator (it is specified by an arrow) from the aerial basis. 8. To unscrew a fastening nut, to disconnect an antenna wire and to remove the aerial from a roof. 9. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE AERIAL ESTABLISHED ON THE BACK WING (MODEL THE SEDAN)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Completely to move the aerial. 2. Working in a luggage space, to remove furnish on the left side of a luggage carrier. 3. To disconnect antenna () and earthing () wires from the aerial basis. On models with an electric drive of the aerial to disconnect an electric socket from an aerial drive. 4. To unscrew the bottom bolt of fastening of the aerial. 5. In the top part of the aerial to unscrew a round nut, крепящую the aerial to the top part of a back wing. 6. To remove a sealing cap. 7. To take the aerial in a luggage space. 8. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE AERIAL ESTABLISHED ON THE BACK WING (MODEL КОМБИ)

The aerial acts in film as well as on cars the Sedan (see above), but the top end of the aerial is fixed by condensing ring instead of a round nut.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect an electric socket of a drive of the aerial. 2. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of the aerial. 3. At aerial extraction simply to pass the aerial downwards through condensing ring.
