Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to consider following moments. |
2. Not to strike a pillow of safety or to subject to collisions in the course of installation on a former place. |
3. To tighten screws of fastening of a pillow of safety the demanded moment. |
4. In end to make active system of a pillow of safety for what to execute following actions. |
5. To close car doors, thus in the car there should not be people. |
6. To include ignition. |
7. To connect a weight wire to the accumulator. |
8. To switch off ignition. |
9. Repeatedly to include ignition and to check up that the lamp of the alarm system of a pillow of safety on a steering wheel burns three seconds then dies away. |

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To remove a safety pillow. |
2. To remove a steering wheel. |
3. To unscrew screws of fastening and to remove the bottom casing of a steering column. |
4. To remove the top casing of a steering column. |
5. To disconnect an electric socket from a rotary connector. |
6. Using a screw-driver, to release three brackets fastenings and to remove a rotary connector. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to consider following moments. |
2. Before installation on a former place of casings of a steering column and a safety pillow to check up, that the plait of wires has been laid correctly and, moving a steering wheel that electroconducting for what does not cling. |
3. To establish a steering wheel. |
4. To establish a safety pillow, but not to make active a safety pillow at this stage. |
5. In end to move a steering column to the lifted position, then to check up, that the backlash between a back part of a steering wheel and casings of a steering column was 8,0 mm. If the backlash differs from demanded, to execute following actions. |
6. To turn away a carpet covering about pedals for access to a coupling bolt of a steering column. |
7. To weaken a coupling bolt and to move a steering shaft before backlash reception between a back part of a steering wheel and casings of a steering column equal 8,0 mm. |
8. To tighten a coupling bolt and to establish into place a carpet covering. |
9. To make active a safety pillow. |
