Two types of system of heating are applied. On the basic models the heating system copes manually. On more expensive models the heating system copes with the help of electronics. Both systems are identical, except for the management block.

The management block is located in the panel and for management uses valves of a folding shutter to distribute and mix air submitted to salon through various parts of system.

Cold air arrives through a lattice in a back part of a motor compartment. Air from salon leaves through channels in a back part of the car. The heating of arriving air is made нагретой by a cooling liquid.

The switch рециркуляции closes receipt of fresh air while air in the car constantly circulates.

The prevention

For repair of system of heating and ventilation it is necessary to remove a steering wheel, an instrument guard together with a casing, forward walls of the intermediate console, facing подоконной partitions, a combination of devices and a casing of a steering column.

THE BLOCK OF MANAGEMENT OF THE HEATER (MODELS TILL 1992)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a negative wire from the accumulator. 2. To remove a radio receiver. 3. To lower a steering column in the lowest position. 4. To remove the switch of the control of the lock of a seat belt. 5. To unscrew the bottom screw of fastening of a decorative casing of a combination of devices. 6. To remove an ashtray. 7. To unscrew five screws (are specified by arrows) fastenings of the central console. 8. To push the console forward and to remove sockets from o'clock, cigarette Lighter and switches. 9. To unscrew four screws (fastenings of the block of management are specified by arrows) and to remove electric sockets and a management cable.

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus management cables are necessary for establishing in a certain order.

THE BLOCK OF MANAGEMENT OF THE HEATER (MODELS SINCE 1993)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a negative wire from the accumulator. 2. To remove the central panel. 3. To remove an ashtray and to unscrew two screws located at the bottom of a casing of an ashtray. 4. To remove a radio receiver. 5. To unscrew two screws from the top part of a pocket of a radio receiver and to remove a pocket. 6. By means of the lever to remove locking plate from the top corner of the central nozzle of ventilation and to unscrew the screw. 7. To unscrew four screws located under the control panel of a heater. 8. By means of the lever to remove switches from the bottom part of the central nozzle of ventilation and to unscrew opened screw. 9. To extend a casing forward and to remove sockets. 10. To unscrew two (the managements located above the block of a heater are specified by an arrow) the screw, and to remove the block. 11. To release collars (are specified by an arrow) cable fastenings to the block of management of a heater. 12. To remove from the block cables of management and a socket.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE HEATER FAN

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To unhook and take a casing placed under the panel of devices on the right side. 2. To take the electric wires fastened to the case of the fan. 3. To disconnect electric sockets. 4. To remove the fan engine. 5. To remove the engine from a casing. 6. To unscrew screws of fastening of the case to a body. 7. To remove the fan from below. The fan is attached to the case by means of the fasteners which are behind the fan, and screws on perimetre. 8. To remove contact of a wire from the management block, to unscrew two screws and to separate the block from a casing.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

For fan installation it is necessary to execute actions in return sequence in relation to removal process, to insert new fasteners on the case in the bottom of the panel of devices.

HEATER

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In a motor compartment to establish two clips on branch pipes of system of heating and to disconnect them about a face-to-face partition. 2. To merge cooling liquid from a radiator of system of heating. 3. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire. 4. To remove the panel of devices. 5. In a motor compartment to remove дефлектор an input of air of the fan. 6. For access to bolts of fastening of a heater to unscrew screws (1) fastenings of a plastic board of ventilation and screws (2) fastenings of a screen wiper. 7. In подоконной to a partition to unscrew three screws of fastening of system of heating. 8. In salon to unscrew the screw of the holder of branch pipes of heating. 9. To unscrew screws (are specified by arrows) connections of a radiator with a heater. 10. To take a heater radiator. 11. To remove the branch pipes directing air in a back part of salon (in drawing – sealing rings of round section on branch pipes). 12. To unscrew the screw of the holder of system of heating on the console. 13. To remove heating knot.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

For installation of system of heating it is necessary to execute actions in return sequence in relation to removal process. It is necessary to remember installation of new sealants, about доливании a cooling liquid in cooling system (to necessary level) and removal of air from system.
