PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish in the block of cylinders a cranked shaft (having established at first the loose leaves oiled).
2. To establish the oiled covers of bearings of a cranked shaft, observing designations (covers are numbered). It is necessary to direct ledges towards a camshaft drive (the ledge is specified by an arrow).

3. To clear surfaces of connection of the block of cylinders and a cover of the bearing №1, eliminating all traces of greasing.
4. To put on the block of cylinders in the top part of flutes of the bearing №1 small amount герметизирующего means Loctite Frenetanch.
5. To establish a bearing cover on the adjusted adaptation 0153. А1. A bolt to attach a cover to скобе adaptations (fig. Installation of a cover of the radical bearing №1 with the established lining see).
6. To grease and fix a cover of the bearing so that not to extend lateral linings:

7. To level end faces of a lining concerning a surface of the block of cylinders; after installation they should act from the bearing on height 2 ±1 mm.

11. To insert four sleeves without linings.

14. To check up a difference between the measured values for points of measurement and for separate sleeves (0,05 mm are maximum).
