THE GENERAL DATA

If there is a possibility – to establish the engine on the stand if is not present – to establish so that the engine could not be damaged at unscrewing of hardly tightened nuts and bolts.

At dismantling it is very important to observe cleanliness not to admit pollution of the disassembled components. Before to start dismantling, to clear the engine outside kerosene or if it is very polluted, solvent.

When details are removed from the engine, to wash out them in kerosene. Never to immerse in kerosene the details having internal lubricant channels. Similar details should be wiped carefully a fabric moistened in kerosene, and lubricant channels to clean a wire rope.

Bolts of lateral fastening of a cover of the average bearing of a cranked shaft

Fastening bolts are specified by arrows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a starter and a transmission.
2. To remove the generator, collectors, the distributor of ignition and the fuel pump.
3. To place the engine on the corresponding holder.
4. To remove driving a camshaft belt.
5. To remove a head of the block of cylinders.
6. To establish flanges of sleeves of cylinders.
7. To remove coupling (a leading part and a disk).
8. To turn the engine.
9. To remove the oil pallet (1 – a special bolt, 2 – a support).
10. To remove the oil pump. For this purpose follows:
      – To unscrew three bolts of fastening of the pump;
      – To take a support, moving it in a direction of the oil filter;
      – To remove a chain from a pump asterisk, and then to take the pump.
11. To remove a sealing ring from outside a flywheel.
12. To uncover the bearing from outside a camshaft (6 bolts, among them two short).
13. To remove a chain of a drive of the oil pump.
14. To remove приводную an asterisk of the oil pump.
15. To remove segment шпонку from a cranked shaft.
16. To note a paint each cover of the bottom head of a rod corresponding number of the cylinder. The cylinder №1 is from outside a flywheel.
17. To turn a cranked shaft so that to establish pistons of 1 and 4 cylinders in the bottom dead point.
18. To unscrew covers of the bottom head of a rod of 1 cylinder and to remove them.
19. Using the hammer handle to push out the piston of 1 cylinder upwards from the block of cylinders.
20. To remove the piston 4 cylinders, then to turn a cranked shaft on 180 and to remove pistons of 2 and 3 cylinders.
21. To remove covers of bearings of a cranked shaft.
The prevention

Two bolts outside of the block of cylinders form lateral fastening of a cover of the average bearing (fig. Bolts of lateral fastening of a cover of the average bearing of a cranked shaft see).


22. To take a cranked shaft and to remove internal radical loose leaves from the block of cylinders.
