The engine acts in film from below the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car on the stationary lift.
2. To open a cowl and to establish it in vertical position (fig. cowl Opening see).
3. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.
4. To remove the air filter and a casing of the air filter.
5. To lift the car.
6. To merge oil from a hydraulic contour of the hydraulic booster of steering system (in versions with the hydraulic booster).
7. To merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
8. To merge oil from a transmission and from the engine.
9. To remove a support connecting подшипниковый the case of a semiaxis with a body.
10. To weaken nuts of fastening of the intermediate bearing and to turn bolts on a half-turn.
11. To disconnect from a transmission a speedometer cable.
12. To disconnect a reception pipe from a collector.
13. To unscrew bolts of fastening of connectors of the stabilizer to levers.
14. To remove a plastic casing of a transmission.
15. To remove wheels.
16. To unscrew nuts of spherical hinges of rotary fists and to take spherical hinges, using a universal stripper or the adaptation 0709.
17. To remove rotary fists and to take from differential приводные semiaxes.
18. To remove intermediate подшипниковый the semiaxis case.
19. To disconnect pipelines of system of cooling.
20. To remove the accumulator and its arm, and also knot of the air filter (the top and bottom clips).
21. To disconnect:
      – Hoses of heating about a forward partition;
      – The vacuum pipeline of the amplifier of brakes;
      – An accelerator cable;
      – A cable of blocking of a reverse gear;
      – топливопроводы;
      – A coupling cable (fig. Removal of a cable of deenergizing of coupling see);
      – Connectors of the external mechanism of a gear change;
      – The electric connections connected to the engine and a transmission;
22. In the cars equipped with the hydraulic booster of system of a steering to remove:
      – driving a generator belt;
      – A pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster;
      – A lath of a tension of a belt, and also pipelines of the pump of the hydraulic booster.
23. In cars, with system of injection of fuel:
      – To remove pressure in fuel system and to disconnect fuel and returnable hoses;
      – To disconnect an accelerator cable;
      – To disconnect electroconducting of fuel system;
      – To remove vacuum hoses of the amplifier of brakes from a final collector.
24. To hook on the engine for brackets, the heads of the block of cylinders placed from everyone end.
25. To remove the left arm of a suspension bracket placed on a transmission (drawing at the left), the right arm of an engine mount (drawing on the right).
26. To take the engine from below the car.
