Measurement of distance (X) between a ledge on a cable of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear and the carving end of a cover of a cable

Adjustment of a cable of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear should be made on the heated-up engine.

Adjustment
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check up and if necessary to adjust idling turns.
2. To switch off the engine and to check up adjustment of a cable of an accelerator. To disconnect a cable of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear from the lever on the carburettor or the case of throttles and again to check up adjustment of a cable of an accelerator.
3. To extend a cable of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear from a cover and to measure distance between a ledge on a cable and the carving end of a cover of a cable which should make 39,0 mm. If the measured size is not equal 39,0 mm, to unscrew two counternuts of fixing of a cover of a cable and moving nuts on a cable cover to establish the demanded distance (distance Measurement (X) between a ledge fig. see a cable of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear and the carving end of a cover of a cable).
4. Repeatedly to connect a cable of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear to the carburettor or the lever on the case of throttles and to check up a backlash between a ledge on a cable and the carving end of a cover of a cable which should make 0,5 mm. If the measured size is not equal 0,5 mm, to unscrew two counternuts of fixing of a cover of a cable and moving nuts on a cable cover to establish the demanded distance (backlash Measurement (b) between a ledge fig. see a cable of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear and the carving end of a cover of a cable and a nut for backlash adjustment).
