Fastening torsionа on the lever

1 – the lever,

2 – a fastening bolt torsionа,

3 – eccentric a blocking lining,

4 – a bolt of fastening of the stabilizer,

5 – a bolt of face fastening of the stabilizer,

1. To establish the car on the lift and to remove shock-absorbers, and also the stabilizer.
2. To establish the car on supports.
3. On a shock-absorber place to establish the adaptation 7.0908 V (to adjust its length so that it was possible to place freely an axis in the lever).
4. To screw up an adaptation counternut.
5. On an opposite side, at an end face torsionа to unscrew a bolt and to remove a lining.
6. On the party from which acts in film torsion to unscrew a bolt and to remove a basic lining.
7. To designate position torsionа two blows кернера (on torsionе and the lever).
8. To establish a tip 7.0908 Q (a shaft improved with carving М8х125) on the end torsionа, and on a tip – an inertial stripper (8.0316).
9. To remove torsion (it is necessary to look that the lever has not moved back together with torsionом).


1. It is necessary to adjust distance of an axis of the adaptation 7.0908 V:
      – To recommended value, if torsion the new;
      – To the value defined for correction of height of a suspension bracket of a body;
      – To the value measured during removal.
The prevention

In an installation time it is not necessary to interchange the position torsionы:
      – torsion the right: 1 sign executed by a paint;
      – torsion the left: 2 signs executed by a paint.

2. On a shock-absorber place to establish the special adjusted adaptation.
3. To establish on torsion from outside the lever a tip, and also an inertial stripper (0908 Q).
4. To check up, whether are well cleared Slots, and then to grease with their greasing Esso Norva 275.
5. On an opposite side from the party from which it is removed torsion to establish a basic lining in a nest.
6. To establish torsion through a fastening element in the lever, and then, turning it, to find position in which torsion freely will enter on depth of 8-10 mm.
The prevention

Торсион freely enters only on 8–10 mm.

7. To finish installation torsionа by means of a stripper when it will rest against a basic lining.
8. To remove a tip and a stripper.
9. To fill a nest with greasing.
10. To establish a basic lining and to tighten each end torsionа the moment of 17,5 Nanometers.
11. To screw up two bolts of the holder of a cable of a manual brake.
12. To remove the adaptation established on a place of the shock-absorber.
13. To establish the shock-absorber.
14. To establish the stabilizer.
15. To establish the car on wheels.
16. To check up height of a suspension bracket of a body and in case of need to correct.
