Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. To lift a forward part of the car and to fix on supports. To remove forward wheels. 3. On models with a steering drive with the hydraulic booster to merge a hydrosystem liquid as follows:       – To uncover a nutritious tank;       – To place the container under муфтой the high pressure pipeline on steering transfer, then to unscrew connection;       – To merge a liquid in the container;       – To finish plums of oil from a contour, turning some times a steering wheel in both directions against the stop;       – To disconnect a hose of low pressure from steering transfer. 4. At presence to unscrew a bolt from a heat resisting guard of steering transfer. 5. On models a mechanical transmission to disconnect from steering transfer a bolt of an intermediate element of a transmission. 6. To put combination labels between the end of an intermediate shaft and a gear wheel of steering transfer, then to unscrew tightening a bolt, securing the the universal hinge of an intermediate shaft to a gear wheel. 7. Working on one party of the car, to weaken, and partially to unscrew a nut of the spherical hinge from the end of steering draught and using a stripper to remove the spherical hinge and definitively to unscrew a nut. 8. To repeat procedure on other party of the car. 9. To unscrew two bolts of fastening of steering transfer to a cross-beam. 10. To turn steering transfer round a horizontal axis so that the gear wheel was in the basis, then to take steering transfer from under the right arch of a wheel.

Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To check up the steering mechanism on deterioration and damages. 2. To check up that gear рейка moves freely for all length of a course. 3. To check up backlash between a gear wheel of the steering mechanism and gear rack. 4. To check up all hydraulic connections on leak.

THAT is necessary to make repair of the steering mechanism at station.

It is independently possible to make only replacement of protective covers of the steering mechanism, spherical hinges of steering draughts and steering draughts.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish the steering mechanism into place, having combined a gear wheel of the steering mechanism with intermediate shaft with the account before the made labels. 2. To insert linings between the bottom frame and the steering mechanism. To insert bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism and to tighten their demanded moment. 3. To connect pipes of the amplifier of a steering and to tighten connecting nuts the demanded moment. 4. To establish tightening a bolt of an intermediate shaft and a new nut. To tighten their demanded moment. 5. To establish spherical hinges of steering draught in rotary fists and to fix their new nuts. 6. To connect an electric socket and the thermal screen to the steering mechanism. To establish wheels and to lower the car. 7. To add a liquid in a tank and to remove air from hydraulic system. To remove air from a contour, some times turning a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop. To add quantity of oil in process of fall of its level. 8. To check up and if necessary to adjust corners of installation of wheels.
