PERFORMANCE ORDER

3. To remove a cable of an accelerator from a drive throttle заслонки.
4. To merge cooling liquid or to press hoses with a cooling liquid about the case.
5. To remove a multicontact socket.
6. To weaken collars and to remove a plastic pipe.
7. To remove a hose of a cooling liquid (), a vacuum hose () and a ventilation hose картера ().
8. To unscrew bolts of fastening and to remove the case throttle заслонки.
System Bosch LU2-Jetronic
9. To remove a socket from the gauge of position throttle заслонки.
10. To weaken a collar and to remove an air route from a forward part of the case throttle заслонки.
11. To remove an accelerator cable.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in sequence of return to removal, thus it is necessary to consider:
      – Always to use only a new sealing ring, which is established on a collector then accurately to establish the case throttle заслонки;
      – To check up correctness of installation before the removed hoses;
      – To check up correctness of installation before the removed sockets;
      – To establish an accelerator cable.

THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE

Except for system Bosch L3.1 - Jetronic, the electronic control device is located behind a partition of a motor compartment on a left-hand side.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. To remove a protective casing from a partition of a motor compartment.
3. To disconnect bracket and to remove a socket from the electronic control device.
4. To unscrew bolts of fastening of case ECU and to remove it. On some models, probably, it is required to disconnect a weight wire.
5. Installation is made in sequence of return to removal.
