Special tool Peugeot is necessary for installation of the bottom spherical hinge of a forward suspension bracket 0615J. In the absence of this tool replacement of the bottom spherical hinge to make at station THAT.

Special tool Peugeot 0615J for unscrewing of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a rotary fist.

2. Remove the bottom protective plate of the spherical hinge (it is specified by an arrow).

3. To establish special tool Peugeot 0615J on the spherical hinge, having combined the tool with grooves in the spherical hinge and to fix the tool, screwing on the spherical hinge an old nut. To unscrew the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To screw up by hand the spherical hinge in a rotary fist. To establish the special tool, being careful not to damage a protective cover of the spherical hinge and to tighten the hinge the demanded moment. Using a hammer and a punch crumple the spherical hinge in one of grooves of a rotary fist.

2. To establish a new protective plate of the spherical hinge.

3. To establish a rotary fist together with a nave on the car.
