PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention

Unscrewed at removal it is necessary to replace all nuts Nyloc with the new. The carving of these nuts is covered by structure against unscrewing which is effective only at the first use of a nut.


1. To lift a forward part of the car and to fix on supports. To remove a corresponding forward wheel.
2. In a motor compartment to remove a protective plastic cap from the top part of a forward rack. To unscrew, but not completely, two nuts of the top fastening of a forward rack (are specified by arrows).
3. To disconnect electric wires and hoses from a rack.
4. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of a connector of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to a rack and to separate a connector from a rack.
5. To unscrew a nut and to take tightening a bolt of fastening of a rack to a rotary fist. For prevention of lowering of a rotary fist with a nave, at rack removal to adhere a wire the bottom lever or a nave to the bottom frame.
6. For investment of removal of a rotary fist from a rack to establish the adaptation for compression of springs and slightly to compress springs.
7. To insert the lever into a groove in a rotary fist, and to expand a groove so that it was possible to remove a rotary fist from a rack.
8. To remove a rotary fist from a rack, then definitively to unscrew two nuts of the top fastening of a rack, and to take a rack from under a wheel arch.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a forward rack into place so that an adjusting pin of a plate of the top fastening has correctly settled down in a corresponding aperture. To combine the bottom end of a rack with a rotary fist. Thus it is necessary to combine a crack in a clip of a rotary fist with a ledge on the rack end.
2. To check up that the bottom part of a rack is precisely combined with a rotary fist. To insert tightening a bolt from the back party of the car and to fix its new nut.
3. To screw a connector of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to a rack.
4. To screw the top nuts of fastening of a rack and to tighten their demanded moment.
5. To weaken and then to remove the adaptation for compression of springs.
6. To fix electric wires and hoses on a rack arm.
7. To establish a wheel and to lower the car.
