THE GENERAL DATA

The changed bottom frame

And – apertures in diameter 6,0 mm, B – edges of rigidity of a body

Since November, 1988 new bolts of fastening of a back part of the bottom frame are used. From the middle of 1992 installation of a back part of the bottom frame has changed. Back bolts have been increased in size with M12 to M14. The bottom frames with bolts M14 can be identified on presence of apertures in diameter of 6,0 mm located behind back installations.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To lift a forward part of the car and to fix on supports. To remove forward wheels.
2. To remove the bottom levers of a suspension bracket.
3. To remove steering transfer.
4. To remove a back support of the engine.
5. Where it is applicable, to release bracket (it is specified by an arrow), крепящую a coupling cable to the bottom frame.
6. At presence to unscrew screws of fastening of mudguards under the engine and loose leaves of an arch of a wheel to the bottom frame (the fastening screw is specified by an arrow).
7. To check up that all wires and hoses which fastened to the bottom frame, are removed from it.
8. To establish a jack with бруском under the bottom frame for its deduction at removal.
9. To unscrew four bolts of fastening of the bottom frame, to lower it downwards and to take from under the car (the fastening bolt is specified by an arrow).

Installation

The further installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
