1. To uncover the carburettor. 2. To turn a cover with a lining. 3. To establish a template and to check up position of floats (the ball of the needle valve should be pressed). 4. If adjustment wrong it is necessary to modify position of floats by means of a basic uvula (1).

This operation can be carried out both on removed, and on the carburettor established in the car.

1. By means of a measuring core (or drills) diameter 3 mm to check up opening throttle заслонки the first chamber. 2. In case of need to establish necessary size by means of the screw (1).

1. To check up position of a moved roller. For this purpose follows:       – To insert a template (5 180 143 Т, as on fig. Check of position of a moved roller at adjustment of additional opening throttle заслонки the first chamber;       – To check up, whether there is a moved roller (2) between two cuts of a template (5);       – In case of need by means of a screw-driver (3) to execute adjustment by the adjusting screw and a core (4) diameter of 3 mm. 2. To take a template. 3. To start the engine. 4. To place circular cut of a template on a moved roller and to turn a template (5) so that to join it with the top wall of the case of the starting arrangement (1 – the adjusting screw). 5. Speed of rotation of the engine should be in limits of 2350-2450 rpm if the carburettor is supplied by a plate on a starting arrangement cam, or 1700–1800 rpm if the carburettor has no such plate. 6. In case of need to execute adjustment by means of the adjusting screw.

Check conditions: an ambient temperature 20 ° With.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tweezers to undertake a core (1) (cм. Fig. Adjustment приоткрывания air заслонки on the removed carburettor) and to push it in a direction shown by an arrow, before contact to the screw (2). 2. By means of a drill in diameter of 6 mm to measure приоткрывание air заслонки. 3. In case of need to unscrew a counternut and by means of the screw (2) to establish necessary size.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To lift the receiver connections of the air filter with the carburettor. 2. To start the engine. 3. To place a template 180 143 Т on a moved roller. To turn a template (5) (cм. Fig. Adjustment приоткрывания air заслонки on the established carburettor) so that to join it with the top wall of the case of the starting arrangement. 4. By means of a drill in diameter of 6 mm to measure приоткрывание air заслонки. 5. In case of need to unscrew a counternut (3) and by means of the screw (2) to establish necessary size.

1. Completely to open throttle заслонку the first chamber. 2. By means of a drill in diameter of 8 mm to measure приоткрывание air заслонки. 3. In case of need to establish the demanded size by means of plugs (3) (cм. Fig. Adjustment приоткрывания air заслонки at full opening throttle заслонки the first chamber) (раздвиганием plugs the adjustable size and on the contrary increases).

1. To place a template (1) on a moved roller and to turn it so that it has joined the top wall of the case of the starting arrangement. 2. By means of a drill in diameter of 8 mm to measure приоткрывание air заслонки. 3. In case of need to establish the demanded size by means of plugs (3) (раздвиганием plugs the adjustable size and on the contrary increases).

The starting arrangement should not function, the engine should be heated-up to working temperature, the ignition system should be in a good condition and is correctly adjusted. Are inadmissible негерметичности through which can occur подсос additional air. Also the system of release of the fulfilled gases should be tight, and all consumers of electric energy should be switched off.
