1. To remove the carburettor from the car.
2. To unscrew from the carburettor the electromagnetic valve with плунжером and a spring and to check up its working capacity. For check to connect the negative plug of the accumulator to the valve case, and positive to the valve plug, плунжер should be completely involved. After switching-off of the valve from the accumulator, the spring should push out плунжер from the valve.
3. To unscrew 5 screws and to uncover the carburettor.
4. To take an axis of floats, to remove floats and a lining.
5. To unscrew the entrance fuel union, to take the fuel filter and to check up its condition. If necessary to clear the filter.
6. To unscrew 4 screws and to uncover the accelerating pump, a diaphragm and a spring. To check up integrity of a diaphragm.
7. To unscrew a jet of idling from a cover.
8. To unscrew эмульсионные tubes.
9. Using a long thin screw-driver, to unscrew the main jets from эмульсионных wells.
10. To turn the carburettor and to shake out jets.
11. To unscrew the screw of adjustment of idling, thus having counted quantity of turns which is required to be known at ввинчивании the screw into place.
12. To blow channels of the carburettor and поплавковые chambers the compressed air.
13. To check up an element of heating of the carburettor, having measured its resistance which should be equal 0,25–0,5 Ohm.
14. Carburettor assemblage is made in sequence to return dismantling then it is necessary to execute carburettor adjustment.
