Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To merge a liquid from steering hydrosystem.
2. To weaken assembly bolts of the pump and to remove driving a belt.
3. To unscrew pipelines of high and low pressure on the pump.
4. To unscrew bolts and to remove the pump.

Installation and adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made upside-down.
2. Effort of a tightening of 55 Nanometers for a new belt and 30 Nanometers for a reusable belt.
3. To fill system with a liquid and to check up tightness.

The tightness control

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Visually to examine surfaces of a socket, a lining and consolidation for definition of leaks of water, oil or fuel.
2. To pay special attention on area round consolidation of a camshaft, a head of the block of cylinders, the oil filter and surfaces of a socket of the pallet. Keep in mind that during time some small leak should be expected from these areas. If leak is found, to replace a lining or consolidation.
3. Also to check up a condition of all pipes connected with the engine and hoses.
