PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a transmission. Type with shaft 2. To disconnect the bearing (it is specified by an arrow) from a plug of deenergizing of coupling and to remove the bearing from a primary shaft. 3. To remove a cylindrical pin from the drive lever, in the top part of a shaft and to remove the lever of deenergizing of coupling from the top part of a shaft of deenergizing of coupling. At installation it is necessary to use a new cylindrical pin. 4. To wring out a lock ring and to remove the top plug from a shaft of a plug of coupling. 5. To take a shaft from the bottom plug and to get it from картера couplings. 6. To wring out a lock ring and to remove the bottom plug from картера couplings. Type with a spherical tip 7. To release latches and to shift выжимной the bearing from the directing plug. 8. To remove a plug of deenergizing of coupling.

1. To check up the mechanism of a drive of deenergizing of coupling and if necessary to replace the worn out details. 2. To check up выжимной the bearing which should rotate easily, in regular intervals and silently. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring, should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development. If there are these defects, выжимной it is necessary to replace the bearing. On leading knots of coupling of the second type it is necessary to replace all knot.

Type with shaft 1. To grease дисульфидом molybdenum of a point of turn and contact surfaces of a plug. 2. To establish the bottom plug картера couplings. To insert a shaft of deenergizing of coupling and the top plug and to fix their lock rings. 3. To establish the lever of deenergizing of coupling on a shaft, to combine apertures on a shaft and the lever and to insert a new cylindrical pin. To establish выжимной the bearing on a primary shaft of a transmission and to connect to a plug of deenergizing of coupling. 4. To establish a transmission. Type with a spherical tip 5. To grease дисульфидом molybdenum the plug and to establish a plug of deenergizing of coupling. 6. To press a hairpin with a spherical tip, to it защелкивания. 7.
