Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To remove the oil pallet. |
| 2. To unscrew three bolts крепящие the oil pump to the block of cylinders. |
|
3. To remove an asterisk of the pump from a chain and to remove the oil pump. |
|
Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To check up an asterisk of the oil pump on damages and deterioration. If the asterisk is worn out, to replace the pump. |
| 2. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the mesh filter to the pump, to remove the mesh filter, a safety valve and a spring. |
|
3. To check up backlash gear wheels of the oil pump concerning a basic surface (a maximum of 0,05 mm). |
| 4. To check up the piston and a safety valve spring on deterioration. |
| 5. To clear the mesh filter of the oil pump. |
|
Installation
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
